When you have a computer hardware or software issue to report, please follow these steps:
– Browse to http://art.umbc.edu/varts/tech_support.php
– Login to your my.umbc account when prompted
– Enter the trouble information; fill in the menus for Building, Reason, and Machine name.
Include as much information about the problem as possible, including the software package and all complete error messages if any.
– click Submit button
